Manpa Tools -Multi Cutter Attachment, Basic Set

The Multi Cutter in the basic equipment.
This package contains the complete standard accessories for first power carving projects with the angle grinder.
Included is the 200 mm attachment arm, a handle and the safety cover. The cutter head is equipped with a 3" cutter disc with 8 mm round cutting edges, plus a 3" and 4" safety hood. The angle grinder shown in the photo is not part of the package.  

Complete package or basic package?
The basic version is the much less expensive alternative and is particularly suitable for those starting out in power carving.
The first projects can be processed in many ways with the help of the 75mm round blade milling disc.
Extension set, larger 100mm carving discs and discs with special cutting geometry (triangular, square) can be ordered later depending on your requirements.

Application:
Suitable for beginners as well as professionals in the field of woodworking with electrically operated carving tools (power carving).
The Multi Cutter in the basic composition offers a wide range of possibilities for designing your woodworking project.
The attached 70 mm milling disc with the 8 mm round cutting edges enables flat material removal and structuring of the wood surface.
The carving of shallow to deep recesses, e.g. a shell, is also possible.

We recommend this set for the beginner. You will learn how to use the attachment arm and have the option of rock-solid and extensive woodworking due to the carving disc. If you later specialize in smaller projects, the Multi Cutter head can be replaced by the smaller Belt Cutter head. Accordingly, you can use smaller 100 mm discs. For processing larger wood projects, e.g. sculptures, we offer larger 100 mm cutter discs, also an additional extension set. On the other hand, if you want to achieve special structural effects, you can find discs with triangular or square cutting edges.

Lovers of Chainsaw Carving (carving with a chainsaw) use the Multi Cutter as an additional tool for processing the wood sculpture. The special cutting shapes allow effects of structuring to be worked out particularly well.

Application notes:
According to our technical information, use the Multi Cutter only up to max. 15,000 rpm. Excessive force has a negative effect on the durability of the drive belt.
